Refund and Cancellation Policy

Right now, all purchases are made through Discord's own in-app store. Discord is the seller of record: it processes every payment and handles billing and refunds. We do not sell through this website or any other store.

Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly, so all sales are final, except for errors such as:

  • being charged twice or more for the same purchase;
  • paying for Jade that never arrived in your account;
  • a purchase made on your account or payment method without your permission;
  • cases where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

Jade that was delivered, including Jade already spent, is not refunded because you changed your mind, or for accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Contact Discord Support about the purchase. Discord reviews refund requests under its own policy and sends approved refunds back to your payment method.
  2. If the Jade never arrived, also email support@asurasandtigers.com with your Discord username and the date and amount of the purchase. We will deliver it, or confirm to Discord that it was not delivered.

When a purchase is refunded, the Jade from that purchase is removed from your account.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact Discord Support or email us first; it is usually faster than going through your bank. If a purchase is charged back or disputed, the Jade from that purchase may be removed.

Cancellations

Jade packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again unless you buy again. If we ever offer a subscription, you will be able to cancel it at any time before the next billing date, and it will stay active until the end of the period you paid for.

EU and UK buyers

Jade is digital content delivered immediately. By buying, you ask for delivery to begin right away and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun.
