Terms of Service

ASURAS & TIGERS · Effective October 29, 2026

ASURAS & TIGERS (“the game”) is a hobby game played through Discord, run by the ASURAS & TIGERS team (“we”, “us”). By using the game you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 and allowed to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and approve any purchases.

2. Your account

Your game account is linked to your Discord account, one per person. You are responsible for what happens on it. Do not share, sell or trade accounts, characters or items for real money or anything outside the game.

3. Play fair

Do not cheat, use bots, macros or scripts, exploit bugs, harass other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content. Report bugs instead of using them. We may undo gains from cheating or bugs, rename or remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Virtual items and purchases

  • Virtual items and currency, such as Jade, are a licence to use them in the game. You do not own them, and they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Some items can be bought with real money. Right now they are sold only through Discord's own in-app store, which processes the payment and handles billing; we never see your card details.
  • What we sell and its prices are listed in our Store. Refunds, disputes and cancellations follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy: sales are final except for errors such as double charges, purchases that never arrived or charges you did not make.
  • If a payment is charged back or reversed, we may remove what it bought.
  • We may change or rebalance items and currency to keep the game fair, and correct amounts given by mistake.
  • Random rewards, such as summons, show their odds in the game. They cannot be cashed out.
  • Promotions, such as giveaways, event rewards, vote rewards and codes, have no cash value, are limited to one per account unless stated otherwise, may end at any time, and are void where the law forbids them. A promotion's own rules, shown in the game or where it is announced, also apply.

You may not use the game or buy from us if the law forbids it, including if you are on a US government sanctions list or in a country under a US trade embargo.

5. The game can change or end

We may add, change or remove features at any time. We try to keep the game running, but it may go down, and we may end it. If we shut it down for good, we will announce it in the game at least 30 days ahead.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Deleted or closed accounts lose their characters, items and currency, with no refund unless the law requires one.

7. Our content

The game's code, art, names and text belong to us. You may play it for fun and share screenshots and clips of your play. Names and text you enter stay yours, but you let us show them in the game.

If you think something in the game infringes your copyright, email support@asurasandtigers.com and we'll remove it. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content will be closed.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or items, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and of the United States. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We will announce big changes in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
